OUR RETURN POLICY

We will accept the return of any item within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for any reason as long as the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Returns are easy. Please follow the steps below:

• Download, print, and complete our Return Form. Include the completed form with your return.
• Make sure that your item is returned in its original condition and include all materials that came with your item (e.g., pouches, boxes, jewelry bags, etc.).
• Pack your return item with adequate protective padding and materials—a credit will not be issued if the goods received are damaged due to improper packing.
• Send us your return via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We highly recommend that you insure your return package for the full retail value of the merchandise since we do NOT accept damaged merchandise.  All returns should be shipped to the following address:

Please note: We MUST receive your returned item within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. A credit will not be issued if the item is not received within the 30-day period. It is your obligation to track your return. We are not responsible for any late returns due to the fault of your shipping carrier.

Water Girl will NOT accept returns for any item(s) that show evidence of wear and/or are otherwise not returned in original condition (i.e., including original packaging and materials). Therefore, we strongly advise you to promptly check your purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging and materials.

Items found to be defective may be returned to Water Girl subject to this Return Policy. However, please note that for pieces consisting of natural raw materials (including but not limited to leather, steel, wood, and beads), such materials may have inclusions, marks and/or inconsistencies in color, which are unique and occur naturally in such materials and such pieces should not be considered defective solely because of such inclusions, marks or inconsistencies in color.

For items that have been damaged during shipment to you, such items may be returned to Water Girl subject to this Return Policy provided you also furnish sufficient information to support the claim that the item was damaged during shipment. We may contact you for further details in connection with our submission of an insurance claim for such item damaged during shipment to you.

If you have insured your return item and such return was rejected by us because it was damaged during the return shipment, any requests you make for a refund for damaged merchandise in connection with insurance claims you may make with your shipping carrier must be handled by you.

Exchanges

Please fill out a return form. Once we have received your item, we will determine if the return is in good condition. Once this determination has been made, we will issue an exchange.  We ask that you simply return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy stated on our Return/Exchange Form. Water Girl is not responsible for refunds or for the additional fees incurred for exchange. You will be charged and responsible for all shipping fees associated with your exchange.

Cancellations: Orders canceled after they are placed are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee.

Receiving Your Refunds

Once your return package has been received and accepted by Water Girl, we will notify you by email. Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment.

Credit card refunds can take up to seven business days. Once that process is complete, you should see the refund applied to your account shortly thereafter.  Refunds through other forms of payment will be processed within five business days of receipt unless otherwise indicated in the email sent to you.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Water Girl Reserved Rights

At Water Girl, our customer always comes first. We want you to know that we will always do what we can to please our customers. However, due to supply and demand, Water Girl reserves the right to stop the production of or alter the specifications of any product at any time.

Because Water Girl products are handcrafted, please expect variances in color, shape, and size of any particular product.

At Water Girl, one of our primary goals is to keep our customers informed and to provide accurate information on both our products and our products’ ingredients. Our products and ingredients have been carefully selected to provide you with a high-quality purchase. However, Water Girl is not responsible or liable for any allergic reaction to any/all Water Girl products and/or ingredients.

We are not responsible for products damaged after 30 days, laundered products, or damage caused by colors running. Please carefully read our product information sheets to avoid potential problems.
